ROW0020 Frateschi 3007 Brazil Fepasa U20C loco #3866, excellent boxed. Excellent runner for age, I would suggest a service/oil before serious use. Lights not directional. Actually looks to be new old stock, or from a collection that has had little use, with small number of detailing parts.
