ROW0017 Frateschi 3024 Brazil RFFSA U20C loco #3147, excellent boxed. Excellent/slightly noisy runner, I would suggest a service/oil before serious use. Lights work (correctly?). Actually looks to be new old stock, or from a collection that has had little use, with small number of detailing parts, some missing? (handrails?)
